Day 01: Arrives in Siem Reap (Morning flight) (the clients’ own tickets) Upon arrival, meets and transfers to hotel for check in (Early check-in is NOT included and subject to hotel’s availability). Visit the ancient Khmer civilization site of Hariharalaya which flourished in the late 9th and earlier 10th centuries. These are the earliest temples in the Angkor area and are referred to the Rolous group (Lo Lei, Preah Koh, and Bakhong Temples), and visit to Angkor National Museum which we can see the artifacts from the every part of Cambodia in the ancient time. Meals: None Accommodation: Hotel in Siem Reap Day 2: Siem Reap – Angkor Temples Early morning, visit the picturesque Ta Prohm that had nearly disappeared into the jungle and remains overgrown, an oddly haunting and exotic scene. The magnificent roots of a tree, pushing between the huge stone blocks of the temple in a sort of embrace, evoke feelings that you may remember forever. And continue to visit the intricately carved Khmer ruins at Angkor Wat - one of the world’s most impressive ruins. The temple still owns fine Apsara carvings in Angkorian era art.. At 09am come back to hotel for breakfast and rest in the noon to avoid of the heats of the day until 15:00 continue exploring the mysterious Royal city Angkor Thom. Its 50-tower temple is an awesome sight. At first glance it seems a shapeless mass of stone, but further scrutiny reveals a face, and then another and another until suddenly you are engulfed by the silent, heavy, enigmatic and silent gaze through half-closed eyes, staring out from a primitive and remote time. Further, visit to the surroundings of the complex including the Baphou, Elephant Terraces, Lepper King Terrace and Royal Place area. Meals: Breakfast Accommodation: Hotel in Siem Reap Day 3: Siem Reap – Angkor Temples Breakfast at hotel, 6:30 enjoy a drive to the rural outskirt 35km from Angkor area to visit the smallest, but magnificent, Banteay Srei built in the 10th Century and dedicated to Shiva. The temple was the birthplace of Khmer classical style architecture and the bas-relief work is the best example of Khmer classical art remaining. The pink sandstone structure bears a series of striking and beautiful sculptures, lintels, pediments and friezes. Khmers say the temple must have been carved by women for the details are too fine for the hands of a man. On the way back we visit to Banteay Samre temple. Return to hotel for relaxation and swimming at your hotel during the noon to avoid of the heats of the day until 16:00 we drive to Phnom Krom which is located on the bank of Tonle Sap Lake, visit the local family and learning about how the working on the rice field and fishing. Then we drive up to the top of Phnom Krom Hill to view the sunset. Meals: Breakfast Accommodation: Hotel in Siem Reap Day 4: Siem Reap – Beng Melea – Tonle Sap Lake Breakfast at hotel, visit to Beng Melea temple which is 60km from Siem Reap and then visit to Kompong Khleang Village by boat and keep cruising another 1 hour through the Great Lake of Tonle Sap, lunch box will be provided on boat. On arrival at Kompong Phhluk Village, visit the local pagoda and typical houses build on stilt from 4 to 5 meters. Our boat continues cruising through the flooded forest to reach our vehicle and transfer back to Siem Reap Town. Meals: Breakfast, picnic lunch Accommodation: Hotel in Siem Reap Day 5: Siem Reap – Remote Village Early morning we drive through the countryside to West Baray to view the sunrise, back to hotel for breakfast at 07:00am. 11: free at hotel until 11am visit local house have a lunch with one of the local family near Siem Reap town. The remainders of the day free at leisure for the shopping opportunities at Artisans D’Angkor studios carving and silk until 12.00P.M check –out of the hotel and free on your own until transfer to the airport for your onward flight home Meals: Breakfast, lunch Accommodation: Hotel in Siem Reap Day 6: Siem Reap - Kampong Thom Breakfast is at the hotel. We will departure Siem Reap to Kampong Thom (147 km, 2 ½ hours). On the way visit traditional villages and stop at the ancient Naga Bridge (Spean Pratpo) is located 40 km from Siem Reap. Arrive in Kampong Thom and transfer to your hotel. Lunch is at a local restaurant. In the afternoon you drive from Kampong Thom for Sambor Prei Kuk, located 35 km northeast of Kampong Thom. Visit the ancient capital of Chenla with its 100 temples from the pre-Angkor period. Return to Kampong Thom. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner Accommodation: Hotel in Kampong Thom Day 7: Kampong Thom - Kampong Cham - Phnom Penh Have breakfast at the hotel and we will departure to Kampong Cham (260 km, 4 hours). On the way we are stop in Phum Prasat, with its single ancient temple. Then go continuing to Kampong Cham. Continuing on our way to visit Wat Kohear Nokor, from the 11th Century, and then you will visit Wat Nokhor with its ancient temple and the pagoda from the 12th Century. Lunch is at a local restaurant. Have a short tour in Kampong Cham to view examples of colonial architecture. Drive to Chhup, a rubber plantation, the first in the region and by the French tire manufacturer Michelin founded. Late afternoon arrive in Phnom Penh. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner Accommodation: Hotel in Phnom Penh Day 8: Phnom Penh - boat trip Breakfast is at the hotel and then Phnom Penh city tour. Visit the Victory Monument, and the National Museum, also known as the Museum of Fine Arts. A French archaeologist and painter, Georges Groslier, designed it in 1917 in the Khmer style. The museum contains a collection of Khmer art, especially sculpture from all eras. Visit the Royal Palace of King Norodom built in 1866 on the grounds of the old city, and the Silver Pagoda. It is located in the royal palace, called the Silver Pagoda, because there is a floor of 5000 silver tiles. Other treasures, which you will see are a Buddha made of solid gold and weighing 90 kilograms and a small emerald Buddha from the 17th Century, and baccarat crystal Buddha. Lunch is at the hotel. Then visit the infamous Tuol Sleng museum. In 1975, the Tuol Svay Prey High School was taken over by Pol Pot's security forces and used as a prison known as Security Prison 21 (S-21) become. It soon became apparent as the largest such centre of detention and torture in the country. Meals: Breakfast Accommodation: Hotel in Phnom Penh Day 9: Phnom Penh-Sihanoukville After breakfast at hotel drive to Kampong Som (Sihanoukville) for your beach holiday. Check-in at hotel, free time and overnight stay in Sihanoukville. Meals: Breakfast Accommodation: Hotel in Sihanoukville Day 10: Sihanoukville – Free at Leisure Have free day on the beach or for your own activities. Meals: Breakfast Accommodation: Hotel in Sihanoukville Day 11: Sihanoukville – Free at leisure Have free day on the beach or for your own activities.
