1 - BY CREDIT CARD
Merry Travel accepts payment via our secured online payment SSL (PayPal). We will create an order for each transaction and send you the link to pay. Merry Travel is a verified member of PayPal so we could accept Credit Card, Visa Card, Master Card and JCB card. Important Notes
* Your card issuing bank will debit you in local currency and Merry Travel will have no control on the rate of conversion used by your card company.
* A surcharge of 3% will be applied to the quoted prices for any payment by credit cards. Service vouchers will be issued at least one week before the departure date. * A surchage of US$30 minimum per transaction if you pay by bank transfer
2 - BY WIRE TRANSFER/ BANK TRANSFER
You can pay us by wire transfer to our bank account. Please find our bank details as below:

Note: Please write your travel consultant’s name on the postscript when you transfer the money. It may take 3 to 5 days working for the wired payment to reach us. So we do not accept wire transfer payment if you confirm the booking and pay us less than 10 days prior to your arrival date. Any bank charges levied by the sending bank relating to Merry Travel must be paid by the client.
DEPOSIT
All trips require a deposit from 10% to 30% of the total amount (Trip Value). The deposit will confirm your booking. The remaining balance of the tour value (70% - 90%) is due upon your arrival in Cambodia, payable at our office in Siem Reap. Cash is preferred to reduce any processing fees that may affect your cost.
CANCELLATION
In the event of cancellation, we will not impose any charges, as we strive to provide the best service and experience to our customers. However, if hotels or transportation contractors apply charges for cancellation, you will have to pay those charges that apply. Cancellation policies vary, depending upon the type of service, the time of year, and the reason for cancellation. We will pass on to you all details of any cancellation policy with our reply upon demand. All cancellation must be informed in writing either by email or fax.
REFUND
Refunds, and their method will be effected as agreed between you and Merry Travel for unused services, and timely cancellations. Again, we will not charge you any amount for our work. However bank fees, if applicable, will be for your account.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
Trip insurance is required for our trips. An insurance policy number for our all-inclusive travel insurance, which includes trip cancellation, medical evacuation and other coverage, should be confirmed upon your trip departure.
TOUR COST
Tour costs and what inclusion/exclusion are listed on the itinerary for each tour. Unless indicated otherwise on the tour itinerary, the tour fee includes: accommodations in double/twin occupancy and meals as stated, all transportation during the tour, entrance fees, and services of a local tour guide. Tour costs are based in USD and per person. No refunds will be given for unutilized services.
VOUCHER
Voucher will be issued by Merry Travel after the booked trip is confirmed and received your deposit. A service voucher will be sent by email/fax or snail mail to passenger.
LIABILITY
No refunds nor exchanges can be made in respect of accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours, transport or any other services which are included in the tour prices but not utilized by the tour member. Merry Travel is not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by passengers. Additional expenses incurred due to delays or postponement, accidents, inclement weather, political restrictions or any other causes must be covered by the passengers. Passengers are required to have full travel insurance covered. This include trip cancellation, medical emergency evacuation, and other coverage. Airline schedule, train timetable and local conditions may affect accommodation and itineraries. Should this occur, Merry Travel will endeavor to substitute a suitable arrangement of similar value.

Merry Travel will act as an intermediary between the clients and other services suppliers such as air, bus, boat, hotels in the event of any complaint
